Parking

There is often street parking available on Jefferson Street, around the corner from the office entrance, but it is limited to two hours. Addison Street, which is one block over from University and parallel to it, also has restricted two hour residential parking. California Street, which is half a block to the west, has unrestricted parking on the west side of the street only. There are various street sweeping days on those streets, so READ THE SIGNS! If you are coming for your first two hour appointment, I urge you to park on California Street.

Public Transportation

Take BART to the North Berkeley Station on the Richmond line. Walk out of the station and across the BART parking lot towards the south east corner of the parking lot. You should be at the corner of Sacramento and Delaware Streets. Walk across Sacramento (continuing towards the East Bay hills) and into the park. Continue on the paved park path as it goes a bit to the right and begins to parallel Hearst Street. At the corner of Hearst and California, cross Hearst and walk two blocks to University Avenue. Turn left at University and walk half a block to Jefferson and University. My office is in the green stucco building on the corner of Jefferson and University. There is a Radio Shack on the street level. Our offices are up the brick stairs, and our suite door is on the left in the short hallway upstairs.

Driving Directions

From Oakland and the South

Take 880 North or 580 West to 80 East. From 80 East, take the University Avenue exit into Berkeley. Follow the road as it bends to the right, towards the East Bay hills, and continue up University Avenue for about one and half a miles. Half a block after the intersection with California Street, look for a green two-story building with a Radio Shack sign on the right. 1654 University is in this building, up the brick stairs. Our office suite is on the left in the short hallway.

From Richmond and the North

From western Richmond, follow the directions from Marin County. Otherwise, take 80 West to the University Avenue exit into Berkeley. Follow the signs to University Avenue as the road bends to the right, towards the East Bay hills, and continue up University Avenue for about one and half a miles. Half a block after the intersection with California Street, look for a green two-story building with a Radio Shack sign on the right. 1654 University is in this building, up the brick stairs. From Walnut Creek and the East

Drive on Highway 24 through the Caldecott Tunnel, taking the 580 West exit towards San Francisco. Continue on 580 as it curves north, merging with 80 East. Take the University Avenue exit into Berkeley. Follow the road as it bends to the right, towards the East Bay hills, and continue up University Avenue for about one and half a miles. Half a block after the intersection with California Street, look for a green two-story building with a Radio Shack sign on the right. 1654 University is in this building, up the brick stairs. From San Francisco and the Peninsula

Cross the Bay Bridge and take the left exit to 80 East. Take the University Avenue exit into Berkeley. Follow the road as it bends to the right, towards the East Bay hills, and continue up University Avenue for about one and half a miles. From Marin County

Cross the Richmond–San Rafael Bridge and continue on 580 East. Take the University Avenue exit into Berkeley.
